Our principal activity is to offer free listings of galleries, exhibitions, clubs, societies, publications, suppliers of art materials or services, in short, anything of interest to artists and anyone in the world of art.

We also offer a service to anyone wanting to commission artwork. We can match a suitable artist to meet your requirements from our network of artists, agree a price and ensure that delivery is made at the specified time on a firm contract. Our network of professional and semi-professional artists charge reasonable rates for top quality artwork, often no more than the cost of professional photography, and you have original artwork instead. Artwork can be carried out in watercolour, gouache, pastel, pen and ink, pencil, oil, acrylic, or any mixed media. In addition we can offer to arrange for sculpture, ceramics, casting (lost wax brass, resin, pewter), architectural or engineering models or whatever form of artwork will fill your requirements.

We also have original paintings, prints and cards for sale, and your own range of prints, cards etc can be produced from any painting you commission from us.

We include on this website information on galleries and exhibitions. If we have not included your gallery, just send the name, street address and telephone number in the email box at 'contact us'. There is no charge to you for this service.

We are active artists, with wide experience in these felds. The two principals behind this website are:

Rod Ward originally qualified as an architect at art college over 30 years ago, then worked in publishing and dealing with collectors for 25 years. Rediscovering the world of art in the past decade, he realised that there were many talented artists who could not find an outlet for their work, and many potential buyers, especially in the world of business, who would like to commission artworks, but who did not know how to go about it.

Marjorie Webster has exhibited and sold paintings for some years, and been involved in running exhibitions and art clubs. Many of her paintings were commissioned, and she realises how difficult it can be for buyers to match themselves to the 'right' artist, who can capture the essence of what the buyer wants, completed at the right price and delivered at the right time.
